Shipping is available worldwide. Shipping is free worldwide.
A time it will take for your painting to arrive will depend on the location where you're at. Shipping time varies based on the County you're from. Time it will take for your painting to arrive to you is calculated at the Checkout.
After an order for original painting is placed, painting will be dispatched from my studio within 5-7 business days.
Every original oil painting is varnished and packaged with care and precaution.
All painting are send via Serbian National Post. If you would like your painting to be sent via DHL, contact me via Email at artheartistpainting@gmail.com or through the Contact page here on website.

Orders provided with an incorrect address will be charged an additional shipping fee, to cover the cost of resending the order to a correct address, if the correct address has not been provided before dispatch day.

Refunds and returns

Once the painting has been shipped, there is no chance for refunding. Refunds are not possible unless the painting has been damaged or lost in transport. In case of painting being damaged in transport, please fill out the Contact form, so that I could help you. From there, the issue will be resolved via email communication. Images/videos that provide clear proof of the caused damage will be needed.
There are no refunds for unclaimed packages.
Refunds for shipping costs are not possible.

If you are ordering a painting outside of Serbia, please be aware of a possibility that you may need to pay custom fees additionally (a certain percent of the price you paid for your order) when the piece arrives in your country. This varies from country to country, so make sure to familiarize yourself with your country's custom fees before ordering a painting. It is possible that you will not be charged at all. This is entirely out of my control and you are responsible for paying any custom fees for your package. Refunds on custom fees are not possible.
